University of Kashmir Announces Admissions for Diploma/Certificate Programs (Distance Mode) – 2024-25
The Directorate of Admissions & Competitive Examinations, University of Kashmir, has officially announced the commencement of online applications for various Diploma and Certificate Programs (Distance Mode) for the academic year 2025-26. These programs are offered through the Centre for Distance and Online Education at the University of Kashmir and are set to begin from February 2025.
Programs Offered in Distance Mode at Kashmir University
The university is inviting applications for the following diploma and certificate courses: below

- Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA)
- Diploma in Web Designing (DWD)
- Diploma in Cyber Law (DCL)
- Diploma in Consumer Law and Practice (DCLP)
- Diploma in Tourism Management (DTM)
- Diploma in Business Administration (DBA)
- Diploma in Business Entrepreneurship (DBE)
- Diploma in Home Science (DHS)
- Diploma in Urdu Journalism (DUJ)
- Diploma in Urdu Translation (DUT)
- Diploma in Kashmiri Language & Literature (DKLL)
- Diploma in Pre-Primary Teachers Training (DPTT)

Additionally, students who are already registered in any Postgraduate (PG) program on a regular basis are also eligible to apply for these diploma and certificate programs.

- Issuance of Online Forms: February 19, 2025
- Last Date for Submission of Online Applications & Fee: February 28, 2025
Selection Process
The selection for these programs will be based on the academic merit of the qualifying examinations. The admission process will be governed by the Admission Policy and relevant statutes of the University of Kashmir.
